Monica Chan

Monica is an associate at R&Co. She practices primarily in the areas of corporate commercial and tax, with a focus on providing business owners with practical advice on all aspects of their businesses. As part of her practice, Monica assists clients with corporate tax planning, including business succession, corporate reorganizations, estate planning and trust matters.

Monica was born and raised in Vancouver. She received her BBA from Simon Fraser University in 2014 and received her LL.B. from the University of Glasgow in 2017. Monica was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020, and she has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course. Monica is a member of Canadian Tax Foundation.

Monica is native in Cantonese.
